Summer Art Studio in Old Barn

Filed under: All Art Blog Writings — Emilia Kallock @ 11:01 pm

I’ve set up an summer art studio in an expansive first floor of a large wooden barn which was built in 1897. It is located in the Skagit Valley and has been used primarily to store hay since it’s final days as a working dairy barn in the 1940’s. I open the two main sliding front doors for natural light when the weather permits.IMG_2191.JPG In the process of clearing out the old hay and objects on the first floor to make room for a space to work.
